Donations
Contributions may be gifts in the form of merchandise or money. You can also choose to give your time by becoming a volunteer. We never stop fulfilling dreams, so your contributions are important year-round.

Another way to help is to designate Dreams Come True as the recipient of your Combined Federal Campaign contribution. You can find our listing in the Combined Federal Credit brochure under the agency code #65453. If you are a state employee, you can designate your contributions to us through your Florida State Employee Campaign Charitable Giving, agency code #5003. Or, you can write in Dreams Come True when you give to United Way.

Sponsor a Child's Dream
You can raise money to sponsor a dream through employee activities, such as bake sales, other fundraising activities, or a company donation.  As a dream sponsor, you will be able to meet the child whose dream you sponsor through a Celebration of Life dream party held at our Dreams Come True office.  This dream party is when the child is formally presented with the dream packet, which includes itinerary, spending money, and other dream details.  The party is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet your dream child and hear all about the amazing things you have made possible!  Dreams Come True applies all contributions, unless otherwise designated, directly to the dreams of children. This is made possible by the support of Program Sponsors, Program Contributors and donors who make unrestricted donations. Unrestricted donations are used for administrative costs or dream expenses, as deemed necessary.

Special Times
The brave children battling life-threatening illnesses can only receive one dream.  The reality of their serious conditions is that when the dream is fulfilled, the illness and the struggles do not end.  For that reason, Dreams Come True developed Special Times.  Special Times provides the dream child and his or her family a time to momentarily forget the realities of life-threatening illnesses.  It may be dinner at a favorite restaurant, tickets to a Jacksonville Jaguars game, a relaxing evening at the movies, a day of beauty, concert or theater tickets, a gift certificate to a store, new release DVDs, or even a special holiday or birthday treat.  Whatever the opportunity, Special Times reminds the children and their families that they are special and loved. In-kind contributions are welcome.

Volunteers
Dreams Come True is always in search of great volunteers and would love for you to join our "dream team!" Interested volunteers must complete a volunteer application and a background check. For more information on how you can become a part of our volunteer team, please send an email including your contact information to volunteers@dreamscometrue.org You can also download the volunteer application form here (pdf. / MSWord).
