Team Information

DCT5K Team Registration

Want to go a step beyond just registering for the DCT5K as an individual? Be sure to form a team and create your fundraising page during registration. Invite your friends, family and co-workers to help you reach your fundraising goal.
Forming a team and participating in the DCT5K is a great way to give back and help local children who are battling life-threatening illnesses. Regardless of the size of your team, you’ll feel good knowing that your group made a difference.

Team and individual registration pages will be available soon!

Sponsor Information

Dreams Come True 5K Sponsorship

Each day, we strive to ensure that all First Coast children battling life-threatening illnesses are brought joy and hope through the power of a dream. Our ability to fulfill those dreams is only possible with the support of our community. Through the Dreams Come True 5K, sponsors can help us reach and exceed our goal of raising $500,000 for the 2020 DCT5K. We hope you will join us in growing this event and ensuring that no child is denied a dream, or placed on a waiting list because of a lack of funding.

Sponsorship information will be available soon; for more information on sponsoring the 2020 DCT5K, please email Jud Seymour, Special Projects Manager or call 904-296-3030.

Volunteer Information

  • Packet pickup
  • Event setup & teardown
  • And much more!

If you are interested in volunteering as an individual or group, please email for more information on available shifts and tasks. Once again, with the help of some amazing community partners we were able to provide support to our heroic frontline workers at Wolfson Children's Hospital.

Last week Carrabba's Italian Grill off San Jose provided a hot, fresh meal, while Shipt assisted us in delivering tons of products to stack the nurses' lounges.

Our healthcare workers continue to work long hours, and sometimes finding a nutritious meal or even a snack to re-energize can be difficult.

We are so honored to have an amazing partnership with the dedicated staff at Wolfson Children's Hospital, and excited we can provide them support while they continue to care for our Dreamers.

Remember, if you want to help underwrite the cost of providing meals and nonperishable items for our healthcare workers at Wolfson Children's Hospital, donations are being accepted on our site at www.dreamscometrue.org/donate/, please put in the comments: "Food Donation."

Tomorrow is #TakeoutTuesday, and we look forward to sharing which community partner is able to help us this week.

In the meantime, what takeout will you grab to help support our local businesses? Feel free to leave a comment and tag some of your favorite local spots to grab a bite.

Today for #ChildrensBookDay Marie will join us LIVE at 3:30 p.m. for a special reading of her book, "Unique and Me."

Bring all the kids together to listen how they can continue to #DreamBig and embrace their individuality.
