Join Diana Testa with Italian Cooking Lessons as she teaches you everything you need to know about Italian flours, eggs, rolling the pasta and different shapes, all from the comfort of your own kitchen. A pasta machine is not necessary, you can just use a kitchen knife and rolling pin!

Diana will share her passion and her culture with you while teaching you how to make homemade pasta from scratch like her “Nonna” used to do. Only the simplest and best ingredients together with the love for ITALY will make you feel like like you were in Italy for one day! Diana has made the learning experience as close to an in person class. You will be provided with the list of the ingredients and recipes after registering. Easy to follow instructions, cook along as much as you like and take notes during the class!  This class does not require a pasta machine.

About Diana:

Diana was born and raised in a small town in Northern Italy between Como Lake and Milan. Diana’s parents and her region helped her appreciate food and its culture. Food has always been an important part of her life, and as every Italian, food is in all her conversations. She talks about dinner while making lunch, and talks about lunch while making dinner!

She has lived in five different countries and speaks five foreign languages, allowing her to embrace different cultures and incorporate them in her cooking classes. Today, she teaches cooking all around Jacksonville and collaborates with several chefs, restaurants and local farms. She recently added virtual cooking classes to her services to respond to the social distancing measures in place.

Her burning desire is to open a front store cooking studio one day, where she can showcase her Italian products while continuing educating and sharing her passion for Italy and her unique culture.

​As a certified foreign language teacher, she also teaches Italian and English classes online; Diana has a true passion for teaching.
