Ways To Give

Dreams Come True is thankful for the many individuals and groups that partner with us each year. If your company or organization is interested in hosting a fundraiser to benefit Dreams Come True, please consider one of the options below.

Third-Party Events – Would you like to help Dreams Come True, but don’t know where to start? Consider hosting a third-party event. These quick “fun”-raisers are always welcome and often generate enough donations to help sponsor a child’s dream. If you need some creative ideas, check out this list of past events:

  • Charity Bike Ride
  • Spring Fling Carnival
  • Poker Run
  • Fashion Show
  • Art Auction

You can even host smaller events, such as a car wash or bake sale, to help us make a child’s dream come true. Every penny counts!

For more information on hosting a third-party fundraiser or other ways to give, please contact our Director of Community Relations, Andrea Siracusa.

Dreams Come True is always in need of dedicated, enthusiastic volunteers. Without them, we simply could not participate in the many area events and fundraisers that benefit our organization. If you are at least 14 years of age and interested in helping at any of our annual or third-party events, we invite you to visit our Volunteer Portal to register as a volunteer.

Some of our fun volunteer activities can include:

Celebration of Life Parties – Help decorate, bring refreshments, serve treats and clean up after the party.

Shopping Sprees – Assist our Dream Managers during this special outing for a child.

Holidays – Deliver food and gifts to our Dream Families during Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Toy Closet/Playroom – Organize and distribute toys to Dreamers in these special rooms located inside Dreams Come True headquarters.

Special Events – Throughout the year, we receive requests from area groups and businesses that want to help our organization by hosting a special event. When these opportunities arise, we send out an email requesting volunteer help. You may also find upcoming opportunities on our event page.

If you have a company, group or school that is interested in providing support for a large event or would like to get involved in one of our programs, please call Kate Wirz, Director of Planning and Development, at 904-296-3030, ext. 202.

Dreams Come True is seeking business and media partners to sponsor our annual events, such as the KB Dreams Come True Golf Tournament and our DCT5K Run/Walk. Both in-kind and cash sponsorships are encouraged and welcomed.

Please consider partnering with us to help make a child’s dream come true, and to give families memories that will sustain them through their toughest challenges and darkest days. Your support is critical to our programs and we simply cannot do it without you.

Thank you to all our current and past sponsors. Your generosity has helped brighten so many young lives and given hope to families across the First Coast.

If you would like more information about Dreams Come True sponsorship opportunities and levels of commitment, please email our Director of Community Relations, Andrea Siracusa.
